Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

  • United States: 8–15 business days

  • Europe (EU): 6–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 6–10 business days

  • Australia: 7–12 business days

  • Israel: 8–12 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer:

  • Standard Shipping (most affordable option)

  • Expedited Shipping (faster delivery, higher cost)

From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For most destinations, duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost (DDP) where applicable.

However:

  • Some countries may still apply customs procedures outside our control

  • Delays caused by customs are not the responsibility of ZioBratClub

Tracking

All orders include tracked shipping. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • High seasonal demand

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund, depending on availability

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
